WHAT DOES VIDEO CONFERECING EQUIPMENT MEAN?

I have been searching into your Synology line of NAS drives, exclusively the DS211. What I really like is that it operates rsync, so I'd manage to do truly very good incremental backups working with DeltaCopy for Home windows and will do my backups more than a secure link. Does anyone have any expertise applying Synology NAS drives for this reason?
